Pros

Good discounts on merchandise. Enjoyed meeting the designers and seeing the factories where the product is made. The customers are awesome.

Cons

The company doesn't concentrate on people. They do not value their people. Customers don't want to be pressured all the time to come in and shop. Employees are held accountable to call as many customers to come in to shop daily. This takes the customer service away from the customers in the store. Also, putting pressure on employees to get the customers' personal information is insane. The company doesn't change it's styles. Customers are tired of the same things they have already.
What's worse is that the jewelry doesn't last. It tarnishes beyond repair and it's hard to stand behind a product when the quality is bad. Management is't paid overtime. There are many times when breaks and meal periods are lost because of not enough help.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be consistent with the managers and employees. Don't do something to one person and not the other. Know what the laws are and pay your people what they're due. No one can be trusted in the home office.

    Pros

Good benefits, nice discount and easy dress code.

    Cons

Constantly micromanaged, unrealistic goals, crazy expectations to plan and execute events on daily basis. The upper management is unprofessional and the constant criticism about partners appearances is unethical to the core. No clear direction of where the company is going from one week to another. It is one of the worst company's to work for!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your manager's and employees! Get rid of Good Manners it is not effective and sounds robotic! More team building, less team destroying!
