I have been working at Brightstar full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Over the years its amazing this company has survived.

    Cons

Leadership is over compensated and lacking knowledge to truly lead and manage the business strategy. Employees suffer the price with constant changes that make progress impossible without 6 and 7 day work weeks. Bonuses are promised and then delayed each year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sell the business to someone who wants to grow the business not put all tge profits in the owners pocket. Having a party with J Lo after laying off 1/3 tge company isn't always the best decision and one that resonates with employees.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
