This company has a huge potential, it's the leader in the industry world wide and provide many opportunities to recent graduates.

Cons

There is a high turn around level of senior management. It's hard to make up a strategy and hold on to it.

    Pros

    growing fast, fast paced, could be a good place to work if supervisors and managers were more involved

    Cons

    no direction, political environment, culture lacks respects for individuals. No managerial direction

    Stop being so biased to certain individuals and pay more attention to giving the company direction

    I have been working at Brightstar

    Pros

    Free fruit, clean, top equipment provided

    Cons

    No communication, zombie like miserable employees, uncertainty, mistrust, lack of knowledge transfer. Very little to no training. Thrown in with no background, little resources to reference.
    Everything is a secret...except to those favorites that keep everything to themselves to maintain their "star" position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Respect respect respect Train people. Don't set people up to fail. Get some decent managers.
