approach everything they do from a higher goal - improve wellbeing
still pragmatic enough to keep a balance with what is practical

Cons – They have been around for over 100 years, sometimes it is difficult to change things that need to be updated and changed

Advice to Senior Management – Stay connected to the people on the ground where the real work gets done - no matter how many systems you put in place - remember who has to work with them - they often have the best ideas, if you are listening
