    Pros

The trains run on time. It's stable and steady. I was not worked "to death" except on roll-outs which is pretty normal and understandable.

    Cons

Decision making is done in a horribly bureaucratic and creativity killing environment. As a publicly held company, decisions are made that look good on paper without proper regard for their actual impact.
