Change has hurt this company

Line Cook (Former Employee)
Metairie, LA

I worked at Brinker full-time for more than 10 years

Pros: The company is easy to get a job, but this will also mean that other new people are constantly… Cons: Yearly bonus does not add up to a real vacation. There is no vacation pay that was removed in2011. Training is virtually nonexistent. The change… Advice to Senior Management: Keep the employees you have because it is hard to find… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More

Not for those who care or want to succeed

Culinary Manager (Current Employee)

I have been working at Brinker full-time for more than 8 years

Pros: You get a paycheck, that's it. Cons: As a manager, you are constantly required to cut hours to make your budget/plan. By doing this, you are required to cook, be a dishwasher,… Advice to Senior Management: Hold GMs accountable for their location, not only their managers. Very few of us are getting the development we need and deserve. You are constantly… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
