Bristol-Myers Squibb Project Manager, Information Management in Plainsboro, NJ:   (Past Employee - 2007)

Pros

This is a company that clearly understands work/life balance at all levels within the organization. Further, it is a rewarding feeling to know that you are working to help the company improve and save lives.

Cons

The salary levels for IT work could be better, but this is more of an issue for those who have previously worked in other industries where compensation is higher but the the concept of work/life balance are almost non-existent.

Advice to Senior Management

Continue to identify key talent early and identify opportunities to strengthen the alignment of the employee's work ethic and objectives for a long-term relationship
