    Pros

Location is is rural but easy access to Hartford or New Haven. Fitness center, credit union, cafeteria. Commute is not stressful. Many cultural and interesting activities are close by. Boston and NYC are close and NY can be traveled to by train.

    Cons

Traveling to NJ for meetings is rough.

    Advice to Management

Bridge the gender gap. Promote women the same as men and pay the same too.

    Pros

Fast moving with lots of support and growth opportunity if you're willing to work hard.

    Cons

Long hours, lot's of meetings and very corporate.

    Advice to Management

Outsourcing significantly reduces your employee's ability to get their job done in a timely manner. As a result, employees often work very long hours.
