BMS is a solid place to work. company has a good strategy and positive environment. they are known for being a "relationship" company. Highlights are: Smart, caring people; most people are fairly autonomous; an appreciation of work life balance.

Cons

A few people at VP roles who are bottlenecks; everyone seriously overworked.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Flatten the organization more;reduce workload, not just head count.

    The company is great from the top down. The managers really care about the people. I highly recommend the company.

    The work life balance could be better, but thats the only con I have with the company.
