Pros

Solid management and dynamic work environment.

Cons

With the changing health care environment, BMS' commitment to employees has been on the decline over the past few years.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

The employees are very hard working, don't be afraid to reward them a bit more than you are currently.

I have been working at Bristol-Myers Squibb

    Pros

Top 15 pharma company, good work/life balance, ability to gain experience in different areas of the company, decent money (if you have a job)

    Cons

$10 billion in cash laying around and they are still obnoxiously cheap with their employees...also not investing their money wisely.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to be innovative, really make changes. Practice what you preach....hope the company is ready for 2011-12, should be interesting.
