Enjoyable atmosphere. Encouragement to socialize with the rest of the staff, invoking a feeling of comraderie which encourage long term commitment.

Cons

Tight deadlines and expectation to work overtime, which isn't unrealistic in a publishing environment but fair compensation would have been appreciated

More communications in regards to how the company is doing would lead to more commitment and loyalty from its employees
