“The most horrible working experience of my life”
Former Employee – worked at British American Tobacco as a contractor for more than a year
Pros – Good Friends and colleagues which i can never forget
Cons – bad management and lack of respect for individual values and culture
also political manipulation in terms of job placements
Advice to Senior Management – Change is a key word when it comes to BAT, most of the management of certain departments should be changed before you lose all your raw and young talents
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
