Pros

benefits were decent and holidays were more than fair. This position was not a union position

Cons

Not able to be creative or think out of the box. Very compartmentalized and rigid

Take some lessons from the private sector

  2. Like most beaurocracies, it takes a long time to get projects or initiatives accomplished. Lots of red tape & hoops.
