Former Employee – worked at British Columbia Government full-time for more than a year

Pros – benefits were decent and holidays were more than fair. This position was not a union position

Cons – Not able to be creative or think out of the box. Very compartmentalized and rigid

Advice to Senior Management – Take some lessons from the private sector
