Good technology involvement but high stress work environment

Senior Staff Engineer (Current Employee)

ProsGlad to work in Cellular Wireless Protocols area

ConsHighly disorganized, no proper documentation, resulting in a very high stress work environment. Lot of nepotism present in some divisions.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet more involved in technical work, weed out incompetent and self centered employees
