Broadcom Employee Review

I have been working at Broadcom full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – -Smart people --- generally speaking
-
-Not bad in RSUs really but dwindling steadily

Cons – -Higher the Manager or Executive, more he/she is likely to be arrogant and pretty diabolical
-Encourages politics top to bottom
-Encourages sleeper cells of buddy clubs especially in product line marketing function
- in other words, don't mess with stupid PLM's and marketing VP
-HR likes to drag out issues and intimidate the upright
-If you download a file inadvertently, your case may be handed over to FBI (Tien Shiah "espionage" case --- google)

Advice to Senior Management – -Get off your high horse and do the right things all the time
-communicate much better
-stand for what you claim

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
