Great experience, a lot of very smart people.

Intern (Current Employee)
Sunnyvale, CA

I have been working at Broadcom as an intern for less than a year

ProsThey are really advanced in the WLAN business and apparently they are a group of very experienced people. A good environment to improve yourself.

ConsThey hired qutie a few interns during the period I was there. You need to be very active to seek out people to get started on your work.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Efficient execution at terrible costs in line management and ethics

Principal Engineer (Former Employee)
San Diego, CA

I worked at Broadcom full-time for more than 5 years

Pros: Good execution in top management and good corporate efficiency overall, especially on… Cons: Low standard in line management. Manipulative, verbally abusive, trick-playing, and over-powering practice of team management seen with an infamous individual manager. Cheap, harsh, and cow-boy… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
