    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Broadcom as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

They don't give much job to interns. And much of the job is boring, like looking for waveforms for whole day without knowing what is happening there.

    Cons

Salary is good. They also give you relocation fees. Food at company is good. Interns also have opportunity to listen to quarterly report about the future of the company.

    Advice to Management

Increase the portion of the food. Increase the variety of the food. Create more interesting jobs for interns

    Pros

*Smart people to work with. *Lot of good projects to work as it still operates as a R&D company

    Cons

    * Sometimes too many cooks in the kitchen slows things down * Politics among different groups * Not great on compensation

    Advice to Management

    * Make employees compensation competitive to market, otherwise good people will leave.
