    Pros

Great products, very good engineering team, great location for raising a family.

    Cons

Compensation is not particularly good, becoming more like a big company that does not care much about engineers and lower level employees.

    Advice to Management

Need to figure out how to increase compensation to keep and attract top talented engineers.

  2. Helpful (1)

Be expected to put in long hours and weekends

    Pros

Wide market coverage so not all eggs in one basket if one industry sector has a down turn. Work is stable no talks of layoffs

    Cons

long work hours make it hard to balance work/life No vacation, you need to request time off and anything over 2 weeks needs VP approval

    Advice to Management

support your employees better and spread the wealth more
