“Current employee, hired in June 2012”
I have been working at Broadcom full-time for less than a year
Pros – Entrepreneurial culture, open and candid communications. Will become even better with Diversity & Inclusion program being launched, and Employee Affinity Groups being formed to connect everyone even more.
Cons – Not enough women in leadership roles.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
