    - Founder is still with the company
    - Consistently outperforms the competition
    - Smart acquisitions, efficient integration

    Cons

    - Getting to be a big company
    - Uneven workload across the organization
    - Increasingly important legacy business i.e. you might not be working on the next hot product

    Encourage job rotation. The best person for the job today may not be the best person tomorrow.

    I have been working at Broadcom full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Nice, helpful and dedicated colleagues. Working time is relatively flexible. The company has aggressive strategy and most staff are proud of the company.

    Cons

    The company is still a creative company. But the policy tends to become more like one of a big company. New problems are emerging.
