I worked at Broadcom full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

varieties of product port-polio and some free sodas if you call that a pro.

    Cons

In my life, I have never see that software is released to customers without being tested. They are just making reference software that is only suitable for a demo and far from the production. People are playing dirty and disgusting political games and they work for boss, not for company. Some people are lying to avoid their faults and misbehavior of software's running. I'm ashamed that I was an employee of the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have a basic concept of software engineering process and quality assurance. Be more honest with employees, respect them and listen to their opinion with open mind.
Give opportunities of training and work assignments to employees fairly.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
