    Game of Thrones

    (Current Employee)

I have been working at Broadcom full-time

Pros: Easy to mix work and life balance with open schedule. As long as you get your job done ethically no one really cares the… Cons: No sense of team or group. Coworkers are at best considered resources and at worst adversaries. Thankless job. Not a whole lot… Advice to Senior Management: You say all the right things in statements but the actual doing is lacking. There seems to be a "Hear No Evil"… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More

Pros: did not have any advantage.. Cons: Interview structure has to change. Participated in interviewing candidates. Many times had to let go… Advice to Senior Management: Keep an eye on the manangers who abuse their privileges.. If the management does that, it… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
