    Offers challenging tasks that enables us to learn a lot. Offers chances to work on state of the art technology to keep us abreast with the market.

    I worked at Broadcom as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

    World leader in certain technologies. You'll be exposed to a lot of new stuff. Innovation is ingrained in the company work culture.

    Cons

    Compensation is less and perks are unheard of. Just to quote an example, no RSU's, lesser bonuses, no accommodation provided during joining, HR department does not respond in a timely manner.

    Increase compensation and perks. Period.
