I have been working at Broadcom full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Very fast paced & exciting environment. Good telecommute policies

    Cons

Exempt employees do not accrue any vacation hours . Vacation is dependent on your manager's approval. If you don't take enough vacation days per your # of years with the company, this is money your losing that's supposed to be part of your total compensation.
