    Pros

    work as an intern for 3 months. They have good salary and work/life Balance. Manager is very nice.

    a less fast-paced, dynamic working environment

    Pros

    Good company, Nice team, My manager and supervisor used to understand the situation and give me enough time to finish the job rather than rushing.

    Cons

    Not much collaboration between teams, which is not good for any company. It would have helped me be more productive during my stay at Broadcom.
