    Self-motivated, hard-working engineers focused at delivering cutting-edge products in the low to high end cellular baseband division

    Cons

    Working with people in different locations on different time-zones can be tricky and very stressful at times. You need to be flexible about your work hours at times.

    Good technical ladder path for individual contributors. A lot of cultural diversity, talent pool. Good internal transfer policy so one can have a lot of options to pursue different interests

    As the company has grown, so have the hierarchy and layers in some organization
