    I worked at Broadcom

    Pros

the work was interesting, got to work on new cutting egde products. It was also a place to work with talented sernior individuals

    Cons

since it was a small company it was expected that there would be resource constraints, tight deadlines which adds to the pressure

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I don't really have any specific advice for the management. I beleive that in the constraints and restrictions they tried to do the best they could!

I have been working at Broadcom

    Pros

Broadcom has great benefits!!! The colleagues here are more like family and allow people to collaborate across functions. New ideas are definitely encouraged.

    Cons

Broadcom is still transitioning from a small company to a big company which means it is still searching for the right balance between structure and flexibility. It is headed in the right direction, though.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote more cross-collaboration between functional groups to prevent multiple groups from trying to solve the same problems. Broadcom has a lot of great people with great ideas.... keep them informed!!
