  1. Not a bad place to work for a little while, but not great unless you want to stay in the Hotel Business

    Pros

They provide you with training and the people you work with are great. My managers were very respectful of all their employees and treated us fairly.

    Cons

Very little pay throught the winter months if you live off tips. You never know what kind of shift you're going to get and only get you schedule one week in advance.

  2. This is the worst job I've ever had.

    Pros

It is a beautiful work environment, and most of the other employees are good to work with in the guest services department.

    Cons

Upper level management is really critical and can be harsh at times. They do not give enough hours to full time employees, so don't count on this job for your bread and butter. The pay is lousy.

    Advice to Management

Try to care more about your employees instead of trying to look good to the guest. Stop playing mind games in order to drive your point across.
