    Pros: Competitive salaries, bonus plans and benefits. Associates are high-quality,… Cons: "Work-life balance" is just a meaningless phrase to upper management. Quarterly reduction of staff for the past few years has left an environment equivalent… Advice to Senior Management: Walk your talk. Upper management needs to learn how to schedule projects… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
