    Culture change to borderline arrogance
    Medical Benefits - worst of any company I have ever spoke with. Good luck if you ever need significant healtchare.
    Compensation decreases
    No room for advancement within team
    Favortiism for those hired from outside firms- Different sets of rules for those specifically
    Trusting the policies and procedures that other competitors may have utilized may break strong relationships with our client base, ie. Nickel and Diming

    Advice to Management

    Stop looking for ways to hurt existing client base by implementing new fees and penalty like systems.
    Look within to the ADP style culture that made us get where we are
    Trust the core and be weary of those looking to turn us into just another competitor
