    I have been working at Broadridge full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Good for freshers to start their career.
    For experienced who are in to development if you are serious contributor you will have a chance to involve in all parts of SDLC.

    Cons

    No process are followed within the team.
    No work life balance for serious contributors
    No planning of back up resources.
    No proper planning of team balancing the one who works will work the one who time passes will just time pass.
    No plan for KT
    For everything company expects bond from you.
    Roles and responsibilities are not clearly defined.
    Leads are not up to mark both in technical and management point of view.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please focus on middle level management, they are just doing time pass and the associates who are overloaded are leaving the organization because they dont see any process for improvement.
