I have been working at Broadridge full-time

    Pros

Great benefits package and strong diverse culture.

    Cons

Favoritism in the company, it’s not about how much you know it’s about who you know. Managers cover up for their employees. More work is given without compensation.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employers. Do not go by what you just see for a minute. Pick out the real workers from the slacker and this company can improve beyond. Too many chief and not enought indians.
