I have been working at Broadridge

    Pros

    Work life balance.
    A Cafeteria
    Golf course across the street.

    Cons

Management and supervisors think they own the world.
Employees do nothing right, and nothing is ever good enough.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take classes on how to treat people and manage people right. You are ruining the company!

I have been working at Broadridge

    Pros

    - definitely good with work/life balance
    - great benefits
    - bosses a mainly cool and laid back
    - great place if you have interest in the financial industry but keep getting rejected by the bigger firms

    Cons

    - did not receive formal training for my job, the training had to come from another employee who was egotistic and very condescending (my manager saw this and did nothing about it)
    - managers know the financial industry but do not know how to manage people
    - you have to deal with a lot of nobody's who think they're somebody

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do what the job pays you to do; manage your employees, stop treating the good ones like crap, stop being lazy and get in the game! Be someone who us great employees could look up to and try to emulate.
