“Broadview? You mean... Narrow view!”

Pros – decent salary, benefits if you can negotiate.
Cons – Upper management is narrow minded, very egotistical and self-serving. It's the good ole boys club.
Advice to Senior Management – Either learn to respect the people you hire or fire yourself. That's the only way this company is going to move forward.
