I have been working at Broadview Networks full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

I believe that despite the large size of the company they exhibit a genuine concern for their employees well being. Additionally top management is always available to listen to ideas for new products and improved customer relations.

Cons

By the same token it is sometimes difficult to know who is the right person to get to to resolve an issue, generally this is quickly remedied.

Keep moving in the high tech direction that we are currently working toward.

    Pros

You will get plenty of help from sympathetic co-workers.

    Cons

Most managers have NO management skills or training and just became managers because they were there the longest and the most willing to Kiss corporate ass. You will work much more than 40 hours a week w/o OT. You will be graded monthly on performance based on things that have nothing to do with your ACTUAL job performance, they will dig around in all of your projects until they find something to give you a poor grade on. You will be treated like a third grader and have people listening in on your calls which they do openly. You will be told in the interview that they are hiring more PMs so you will have between 40-50 projects, not true, you will always have WELL over a hundred projects, they NEVER hire enough and the ones they hire won't stay so it is just a vicious cycle. They got rid of a bunch of PMs and outsourced their jobs to the Philippines so is your job really secure? The training is a JOKE and might as well be non existent, you will just get thrown to the wolves in a very short time.
There is no 401K match, never was and never will be DESPITE what they tell you in the interview.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up! When the big-wigs from NY visit, all the managers crack their whips to make everything look as though it's rosy instead of having the guts to tell them what is wrong.
