Well run organization. Support structure is better than most so it isn't too hard to get things done.

Cons

Not a very "fun" environment. Seen as a boring part of the tech industry. Past stock scandal still casts a shadow even thought the company is now VERY careful to do everything the right way.

Advice to Senior Management

Tell the company's story better so that we know what we are doing and why we should be excited about it.
