    Cons

Misrepresented the job profile.Lack of ethics! Too many unmarried/divorced cronies out there who just complaints about their lives and jobs n discusses other employees personal matters.overall not a good place to work!

I worked at Brocade Communications full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great compensation. Growing Company. Fantastic Products. Great opportunity for first year professionals with little to no experience.

    Cons

Difficult to drive to results due to political nature of Senior Management. Company focused on new young talent as opposed to leveraging skill/experience of long term team players. Limited opportunity to move up in the organization. Company prefers to hire from outside rather than promoting from within.

    Advice to Management

Idea #1: Consider evolving your talent retention program to increase your ability to realize your investment in time and cost of seasoned and productive employees. Example: Easily allow seasoned employees to expand into new areas of the business, or define new roles due to changes in technology.
