I no longer get a sense that the leadership of this company knows with conviction where Brocade is going. There is some obvious damage control cheer leading going on now in response to last year's failure to successfully court HP.

A recently trimmed benefits package came several months after Forbes compiled their "Best Companies to Work For" survey.
