I have been working at Bromley Communications
Pros – Environment, People, Industry, and the fun that it is to create a commercial and the brainstorming, the research, the industry is really fun!
Cons – Lack of growth within company, salary raises are quite equal to none. I would appreciate that the company offered more compensation for work achievements.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay compensation for employees should be done annually.
