Pros

Big name company in the relocation field. An asset to your resume. Comfortable, airy office. Subsidized cafeteria. Good benefits. Promotes from within.

Cons

Badly managed work flow. Low employee morale in my department which had obviously been ongoing and unaddressed for a long time. Poorly designed training program.

Advice to Management

Stay more in touch with front line employees and don't allow problems to fester until they escalate into major issues.

    Pros

Good exposure to many accounting scenarios and getting your feet wet

    Cons

No internal movement, even if there are postings they don't poach from each other, so you will have to stay where you are or get promoted high enough in senior management to make your own way. Everyone in management are men, except HR...they poach extensively from Deloitte and PwC...everyone else takes a back seat

    Advice to Management

You must look into retention strategies if you don't want your employees to see you as a stepping stone. Invest in those you want to stay and promote internal movement and promotions. Workplace gender equality should really be reviewed

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Good pay, open culture, one open space with low dividers which induces better communication

    Cons

lacking in training, no control in the hierarchy chain (if you have a mean boss, it goes unnoticed),

    Advice to Management

Be more structured with promotions, bonuses and have checks and balances with your managers. Cause though some employees are extremely happy some suffer and it goes unnoticed. I know you can do better cause most of you are pretty awesome.
