Great company, growing fast, fun culture - hard to find a better place to work in Seattle

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Brooks Sports full-time for more than 5 years

Pros- RUN HAPPY vibe permeates most everything the company does
- Business on a great trajectory, lot of growth potential
- Management genuinely cares about employees
- Everyday work life is fun - with great colleagues, frequent social gatherings, etc.
- New office location is great, future headquarters building will be even better
- Reasonable work hours
- Ample (high-quality) career training opportunities
- Great discounts on gear, lots of free product and race giveaways
- Visionary CEO and product leadership is inspiring to watch and learn from

Cons- Promotion track can be slow (unless you start at the bottom, where it is quite good)
- Vacation policy a bit stingy, overall benefits aren't fantastic.
- I could probably come up with more, but really splitting hairs...

Advice to Senior Management- Don't spread the company too thin

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
