    Pros

    can work on your own

    Cons

trying to keep up with the larger engineering firms work sharing ideas and technologies does not work with BC without the personnel to understand and execute. Unless you fit in certain people's groups and "kiss up", you don't fit in. There is a lot of gossip and back-stabbing.

    Pros

Friendly coworkers, good benefits, overall, ok

    Cons

B&C keeps employees (in the San Diego office) who continually mismangage their time and send everyone into crisis mode because of it.
HR at SD office is a joke - the manager is out to move up the ladder, but doesn't address issues within office

    No opinion of CEO
