ProsPay and benefits are very good for the region. Professional atmospehere. Some opportunities for career advancement, depending upon who you are.

ConsEmployees are expendible and not valued by management. Management always embroiled in bitter in-fighting and empire building due to low levels of leadership abilities. When a manager loses the power struggle, he, along with his staff, are sidelined or let go resulting in generally poor morale.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet management under control and engage in some ethics and leadership training.
