ProsGreat location in SOMA for Happy Hours and lunches with coworkers.

ConsHostile work environment in certain departments that management turns a blind eye to.
Constant change with little sense of direction which leads to a heightened level of stress on employees.
Minimal level of training for new staff which leads to confusion as to your role and responsibilities in the company.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay close attention to issues that employees are bringing to their manager's attention. You are going to lose the cream of the crop if you continue to allow certain behaviors and situations to persist without recourse.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Richard Fish is Destroying the Company
