Prosthe work is interesting and the benefits are decent. there is also opportunity for advancement and opportunity to work on more challenging projects if desired. ability to work from home. organized work place

Consnot much feedback on work performance. they also seem to hire almost anyone then have to get rid of less competent employees quickly after hiring and training them. the process seems inefficient.

Advice to Senior ManagementProvide better feedback on work performance, be more selective in hiring criteria or more selective in work delegation, spend more time training employees
