`“This company does not care about retention. Great place to work part time. Leave after 1 year or be stuck in a dead end”`

I have been working at Bruegger's full-time for less than a year

Pros – Great people, flexible hours, shared tips (expect aproximately $1.00 for every hour you work).

Cons – Very little room for advancement. Only the general manager and assistant general manager work 40 hours per week.

Advice to Senior Management – Invest in employee retention. Provide incentives for people who work 6 months or more, 20 hours or more per week.
