ProsHonestly there were none in my opinion. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

ConsNot enough workers, bad sales, bad management, poor pay and hours, no breaks, no care, bad employee attitudes, hectic environment, constant running out of product. You name it Bruegger's has it.

Advice to Senior ManagementShut the business down..

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at Bruegger's full-time for more than 3 years

Pros: Some of the team members are cool. No nights is a good benefit but mornings… Cons: *Upper Management was stupid. They nitpicked over catering sales and other stupid things that dont matter. *Wages, its okay to start at a low wage like… Advice to Senior Management: Stop with the catering BS. Just advertise the bagels, and treat employees better. The only thing they… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
