    I worked at Brunel as a contractor

    Pros

    Camaraderie between staff, predictable work hours, decent pay

    Cons

    - Verbally and emotionally abusive upper management (including but not limited to, yelling and swearing)
    - Upper management blames team for shortcomings
    - Practice leader lied about job functions and expected work hours when asked verbatim in interview
    - Workplace harassment of junior staff by upper management
    - General unprofessional behaviour on the part of management
