I worked at Brunswick Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Seems like a Pro - 25 days of annual leave per year (cannot convert to $ and cannot carry onto next year)

When everyone leaves you will finally get an offer to take care of somebody else's mess

If you love to play a loner or be in a one-man band, this is the place for you

If you like to be a apple polisher, 100% opportunity here! =)

    Cons

Lack of management, no formal HR, Office Manager...etc

The employees that have been working for a while there causes the biggest gossip in the office

100% office politics, very local HK culture....definitely not an expat friendly/diverse environment

Cannot take vacation over 1 week, will get talked behind your back even the receptionist!

High mobility rate of employees (turnover rate) so you know how "stable" the environment is

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop playing favorites and get rid of people who starts rumours and ruin the morale of the teams.

I have been working at Brunswick Group full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

You can spend your time surrounded by intelligent, driven people. We work on some of the biggest corporate issues in the world and can interact with top-level executives at some of the largest, most influential companies in the world.

    Cons

Lack of concrete structure, pay is good but there is a lack on transparency on the compensation process.
