Change in management left a lot to be desired

ProsWork life balance was appropriate and pay was very competitive.

ConsThe ineptitude of IA management mixed with a co-source arrangement whose sole purpose was to increase their presence and budget left a lot to be desired in terms of opportunity for growth.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe senior management at Brunswick is very capable. They made tough decisions when necessary but were always upfront, honest and very approachable. Management within the audit department however was deceptive and extremely political.
