I have been working at Bryant & Stratton College

Pros

The level of training for persons learning how to teach are very good. It is a good place to become more competent in the profession.

Cons

There is a definite emphasis on keeping the students happy due to the proprietary nature of the school. If the management is not serious about maintaining academic standards, this issue can be very caustic to moral.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Set realistic expectations for the work load of going to college, especially for the students that are unaware of the expectations of earning a degree.

I have been working at Bryant & Stratton College

    Pros

Team environment, fun, competitive, career objectives are well defined.

    Cons

Low pay for a private college, sales culture, high cost of health benefits. Level education does not make much of a difference unless you will teach.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look at your employees holistically, its not just about the numbers, look at what value the person brings to the organization...

I have been working at Bryant & Stratton College full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I love the people that I get to work with. The school is expanding and there are numerous potential growth opportunities. It's been a breath of fresh air as opposed to the previous companies I have worked with. 401K with company match.

    Cons

The insurance benefits work for an individual but there's no way you can add spouse/ kids.
